Orange County resident Kelvin Dubon-Rivas, of Newburgh, was arrested on Thursday, Nov. 21, for predatory sexual assault against children and first-degree rape.
According to Town of Newburgh Police Lt. Matthew Nadolny, an ongoing investigation has discovered one additional juvenile victim. It is unknown at this time if there are any additional victims.
Anyone with information regarding Dubon-Rivas is asked to contact the Town of Newburgh Police at 845-564-1100.
Nadolny said the investigation is being conducted with the assistance of the Orange County Sexual Assault Prevention and Advocacy Program.
